The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. Cleaning and light-speed WIFI are included.

Make-up cleaning are provided every 3 days. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favorite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need.

We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the property (1600 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh).

Water is charged at 50 THB/unit (M3). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving.

You can expect to pay about 250 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the property, you will most likely pay an additional 350 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
