La Vista has been dreamed, designed and built by us, based on our rich experience in vacation rental. The house is incredibly comfortable and peaceful thanks to its perfect thermal and sonic insulation. The upper floor has a large living area with a smart TV, indoor and outdoor dining tables and a fully equipped kitchen.

Phuket's mild and warm weather makes it ideal for enjoying lazy family dinners by the pool, where your children can play and have fun without any worries. This is possible because the pool is equipped with the system, which filters the water for perfect hygiene without using any chemicals. The villa is 100% yours.

The pool is private. Cleaning and light-speed WIFI are included. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request.

There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. A damage deposit of 10 000 THB is requested upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided every 3 days. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need.

We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the property (1600 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh).

We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 250 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night.

But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the property, you will most likely pay an additional 350 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
