Guests can enjoy a condominium with a rooftop swimming pool and a second swimming pool on the ground floor, a fitness center, and free Wi-Fi. The studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It is air-conditioned and features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and kettle, a living area with a king-size bed, and one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

A private balcony is also available. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a dining/work table for two persons. During your stay, you will be provided with everything you need for a comfortable holiday, including bed linen, toiletries, kitchenware, and attentive concierge service, which will be happy to assist you in organizing your stay and activities.

The nearest beach, Nai Harn Beach, is one of the most scenic beaches in Phuket, approximately 600 meters long and surrounded by coconut palms, casuarina trees, and other tropical vegetation. The beach has a gentle entrance to the sea, making it ideal for families with children. From November to April, the sea is usually calm; from May to October, waves may occur but are generally smaller than on other Phuket beaches.

Near the beach, there are several restaurants, shops, and a large lake with a park — a popular spot for morning runs and cycling. Along the way to the beach, you will find a wide selection of cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores. The condominium is located approximately 1 km from Nai Harn Beach, about a 10-minute walk.

Nearby, there is a wide selection of local cafes, restaurants, and shops. Big Buddha is about 30 minutes by car, and Wat Chalong Temple, one of the most beautiful temples in Phuket, is about 20 minutes by car. Large supermarkets are approximately 20 minutes away by car.

Phuket International Airport is located 47 km from the property, approximately 60 minutes by taxi. Taxis are available at the airport, or we can arrange a private transfer upon request. Utilities Electricity and water are charged separately based on meter readings.

The utility allowance is calculated at 3,000 THB per 30 days and is prorated according to the number of nights stayed.
