Please avoid using the air conditioners with windows or doors open, and always switch them off when leaving the apartment. 💰 A refundable security deposit of up to 20,000 THB is required at check-in. Payment can be made via Airbnb.

The deposit will be fully refunded on the day of check-out, using the same payment method, provided that no new damage is found during the apartment inspection.
