Living: There is a large living room of 65 m2 which has a home theater system: projection screen, spotlight, Blu Ray player, Pioneer amplifier, professional speaker JBL with 10 speakers and 2 subwoofers. Internet TV (313 channels, including 200 Russian) and 150 channels of satellite TV True Visions are displayed on a projection screen and a TV with a diagonal of 69 inches. Dining and kitchen: High-end appliances: Refrigerator, Stove and oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Blender, All kitchenware, dishware, pots and pans Bedrooms: Four bedroom with a king-size beds are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito nets.

3 bedrooms have flat screen TV 45" with Internet TV. All bedrooms has shower and toilet. 1 bedroom has also a bathtub.

Outdoor area: - On the terrace near the pool there is a summer kitchen with gas stove, microwave, sink, kettle, toaster. - Large covered terrace with two sofas and a large dining table. - Big beautiful 5x10 m swimming pool with jacuzzi and 4 sunbeds.
